Sorry. Scoring this place with a star only to alert other customers that the vegan ensaimada is only available when preordered the day before. We attended the place / shop on our last day in town and were disappointed to find out about this

Delicious Vegan Ensaimada - Edit
You must order ahead (can do this on their website) as they only make the vegan options (plain & chocolate) on request. The chocolate vegan ensaimada is to die for, so rich and delicious! It costs €19.10 (at time of writing this review) but the ensaimada is big (approx 8 very generous servings) and is 100% worth it to get a taste of this local pastry. Highly recommend!!
