Been here twice now and the food has been incredible both times. Amazing pasta with great starters and desserts too. The staff are also very friendly.

The food was so delicious! I had a caesar salad for starters, they did a tapa sized version for me. Then I got the Toscana ravioli and they were amazing as well as the panna cotta.
Read moreThey don’t take cash, which I didn’t know. My credit card wasn’t working at the moment so they did a huge exception taking cash. So thankful that the service was super friendly and understanding.

OMG! Words cant describe the awesomeness of taste I still have in my mouth from this food! I visited with my husband and we got a pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, the pizza with the marmelade and the affogato dessert. The pizza was to die for literally, the pasta was nice but nothing extraordinary and the dessert was the best dessert I had this year by far! Definitely worth a visit but keep in mind that prices are a bit high!

Absolutely delicious pasta. Super creamy, flavorful and the vegan parmesan on the table is a nice touch! We loved the ‘Catalana’ and the Toscana Pastas.

Cosy place with a great green and pink color chart. They serve starters, a variety of pasta dishes and 3 pizzas. I took the meaty feast pizza which was delicious 😋 Special mention to the pot of parmesan cheese which was put on our table like in « real » Italian restaurants.

La comida estaba muy bien. El servicio y el mobiliario del restaurante no coinciden con los precios. Las sillas y no solo las mía sino la de todos en nuestra mesa estaban a punto de romperse, una sola persona servia todas las mesas y se veía desbordada por un grupo en una mesa grande. Nos llegó a la mesa un plato principal equivocado, que puede suceder y mientras en la cocina corregian el pedido, la camarera se comía a la vista de todos el plato devuelto. Por el precio que pagué al final de la cena hubiera esperado un servicio y un confort mayor. La comida era rica

Read moreWe started with a cheese board as an appetizer, and while it was a bit small, the three vegan cheeses they serve are spectacular, could have fooled me for the real thing!
The pasta was nicely cooked and they offer seasonal dishes, which is a nice touch. I had a bite of the carbonara and it was delicious, but I think the sauces for the other dishes were a bit too liquid, but that’s more of a personal preference— taste wise everything was good.
I got excited about the tiramisu, but sadly they had run out, so we had the panacota, which was fine but not that great.
I don’t think I would repeat, unless someone I knew really wanted to go.

I visited Pastan with my girlfriend. Modern looking but cozy place. Waitress was very nice and professional. We shared bravas and guacamole for starters. Main dish: I had a pizza (great) and my gf a pasta with lemon (fantastic - she wanted to have the recipe😉).

So.. Honest review. Service is 5 stars. I will give 5 stars because the food is overall good, amazing portions, and the service is great and I am happy to support a fully vegan place. But if you're someone who is used to eating pasta (translated, italian), it will not be "that" special. I expected a bit more, as in the taste was very similar between the types of sauces in the pasta. The tomato sauce in the gnocchi appetizer was not that great. The cashew"parmesan" was very good!

Fantastic pasta and mini donuts - Edit
We got the mini ravioli appetizer, the carbonara and the tutti formaggi. Both main dishes were excellent but the carbonara was especially good. We also got the mini biscoff donuts which were absolutely amazing and I regret not ordering more of them.

Compact restaurant serving a variety of delicious vegan pasta dishes. The menu del dia is an awesome deal - a drink, main dish (you can choose any from the menu), and dessert for only 14.95 euros! The portion of pumpkin-sage tortellini was a bit small, but it was very tasty with the deep-fried sage. The umami stroganoff is a must. The highlight of our meal was dessert - the Biscoff-stuffed mini doughnuts! They came out hot and gooey and I'd come back just to have those again.
