I ordered a calzone which was mushy and tasteless. Their vegan sausage is terrible. I’m the only vegan in my family and couldn’t eat it. I won’t be ordering from Pasquales ever again. I have Sardinian ancestry and I definitely make better Italian food at home for a lot less.
They do have a vegan option, which is great if you are going with non-vegans and need something to eat. However, it is exactly one option for pizza. They make a “pie” which is customizable. Sounds good! Wait… The base pie costs $25 (reasonable, and they have non-vegan specialty pizzas for $25-$40). However, you cannot simply take a specialty pizza and substitute vegan cheese. It was $10 for the vegan cheese on whole pie. They have 1 vegan meat ($10 more to add to whole pie). Then we added two veggies (can’t remember which) at $5 each.
$55 for one pizza, is absurd. For comparison, there are three vegan pizza options in Minneapolis where a large pizza (specialty or build your own) with vegan cheese is ~$30-$35. I am accustomed to being up-charged for vegan cheese or swapping meat for vegan meat alternative, but never being charged for each item as if switching one thing means I pay per topping.
The pizza itself was okay, but couldn’t get over the price point. We won’t be back.
We did not know whether we would be able to find something for our diet here, and we were surprised. I ordered a personal 12 in gluten free crust with dairy free cheese, vegan sausage (also gf), artichokes and Sun dried tomatoes. Delicious! My husband got an 18 inch vegan cheese salad pizza. He should have had a Stromboli made from scratch, as he has been eating the pizza for days. The pastas there, while not gluten free, could be made vegan
Used to go here every so often, but they increased the price recently so I am a bit upset. $22 pizza, then $7 vegan chz charge, then $4 for mushroom topping. Still worth the splurge occasionally
--EDIT: 7/21/23: $25 pizza, $10 vegan chz, $5 mushrooms! Pizza Luce in twin cities is just as good or better taste & pretty price wise
Rude on the phone and nice in person. $50 for a build your own pizza that had vegan cheese, tomato, spinach, mushroom and olives. They also serve desserts from a famous cake design show.
Great New York style pizza by the slice or whole large pie. Has options for a variety of diets that are all delicious. A little on the spendy side but you get what you pay for.
Cool place with gluten free pizza and vegan cheese. I haven’t had pizza in a long time let my dietary restrictions and this place was great!! Will definitely return!
Really neat atmosphere. Staff is super.
To have a vegan pizza, you get a personal pan with gluten free crust and daiya cheese. I had extra sauce and toppings.. So amazing!
For "regular" pizza, you order by the slice ($6)
You can also order a whole pie.. It's huge. ($30)
Highly recommend
Vegan pizza is an option but definitely just as an alternative to their "normal" pizzas. Daiya cheese is okay but not amazing. The veggies are very tasty though. Quite expensive-around $30 for a quite large vegan pie.

OVERPRICED for vegans - Edit
Vegan pizza’s are tasty and large here.
Read moreSadly $50 for a BYO 3 topping pizza is outrageous.
The vegan toppings are limited to cheese, sausage, and the regular veggies.
They do not have vegan pizzas on the regular menu (BYO only) and cost double what the dairy/meat options do.
Pros: Tasty, High quality, Large portion
Cons: Vegans get screwed on price , Limited vegan toppings, No vegan options on the regular menu
