The best vegan pizza

I had been seeing a lot about Parmagianni at different pop up locations lately in my social media and finally got to try it! It is just as good as everyone has said, the crust is crunchy and buttery and the sauce is perfect. We tried all 3 slices they had at the pop up today at Principles GI Coffee House, they were all yummy! My favorite was the The Blockbuster - NUMU Mozzarella, House Made Vodka Sauce, Breaded Chick'n, House Made Tofu Ricotta Dollops, Fresh Parsley, Grated Parm but the Rabble Rouser 2.0 and Two Stripe Life were all excellent! Go to their Instagram or web site to find out where they'll be next! If you want your own pie you order ahead but we just showed up and we're quite happy with the available options.
