Who needs cheese? - Edit
Excellent pizza, made with quality topping ingredients, tomato sauce base and great dough. Cooked in a proper pizza oven until it’s slightly charred and crispy. Comes without cheese for vegans. I didn’t miss it. Lovely owners too.

Amazing restaurant!!! - Edit
The owner was so knowledgable about vegan options & it was so easy to order any of the vegetarian pizzas simply without cheese. The restaurant has a very nice interior & is incredibly pleasant to sit in. The pizza was fantastic! Fresh dough made in front of you that tastes delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent pizza - Edit
They have a menu with clearly marked vegetarian and vegan pizza, and even a vegan cake for dessert. The vegan pizza has a very tasty marinara sauce so you don't miss the cheese at all. The owners are super friendly. We loved it!

The best pizza I’ve had in a long time - Edit
I really liked it here and the pizza was outstanding. I am plant-based and went with the Vegan Marinara with extras as my choice. The owners are delightful, helpful with my limited Japanese and keen to celebrate cultural diversity by taking a genuine interest in the country of origin or nationality of their visitors. I am pretty sure I will be eating here again tomorrow!

Felt like we were in Italy - Edit
Wonderfully welcoming people run this charming pizzeria in a prime location. I had a marinara vegan pizza and my partner had a margherita pizza. We were both very happy! We'd been missing garlic and tomatoes. I didn't miss the cheese as the tomato sauce was so tasty and thick. I met some Italians and spoke with them, they agreed that the pizza was very good here too.
Read moreThey brew their own beer which was great. The lady Reikko also kindly gave us a useful Japanese phrase print out with key phrases when in a restaurant. Great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and give 5 stars if possible.

Delicious pizza, friendly and helpful owners - Edit
A nice place for pizza! There is an English menu that specifies the vegetarian and vegan options. I ordered the marinara special and their rice cacao cake with soycream, blueberries and kiwi. Both dishes tasted great! My boyfriend tried the vegetarian pizza with mushrooms and liked it too. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a flyer that indicaties the vegan/vegetarian options in Hiroshima and surroundings and a small cart with practical Japanese sentences to use in restaurants.

Amazing pizza - Edit
My partner and I had the nicest meal here! The focaccia was super delicious, and we ordered a marinara pizza and a mushroom marinara pizza with two glasses of nice Japanese wine. Every bite was perfect, so tasty and just what we needed after a long day exploring. The server and chef were so so sweet and helpful, absolutely incredible service. 100% recommend. The vegan options were easy to find on the menu, English menu very well labelled.

Lovely place with authentic pizza - Edit
Usually when having vegan pizza, a restaurant tries to substitute the cheese and other ingredients. You won't get this here. Instead this place disproves that a traditional pizza must have cheese on it. The Marinara base uses only tomato sauce. For the toppings you have a few vegetable options. I found the Marinara speziale with added Quattro funghi to be a very good deal!
Read moreThe toppings were placed generously and the pizza itself was thin and crunchy on the outside.
The staff was also very friendly and can speak a bit English, though I communicated in Japanese mostly. As a foreigner you get to enter your place of origin in a map-atlas.
Pros: Authentic pizza , Friendly staff , Nice atmosphere
Cons: Options are limited , No substitute products used (e. g. soy cheese)

Phenomenal - Edit
Have I mentioned that the pizza here is phenomenal? Normally I don’t go for pizza in Japan, whether or not there are vegan options. But after a long day walking around the city, a hot pizza sounded perfect. And these pizzas were just that: perfect. There were four vegan pizzas on the menu as well as a dozen or so vegetarian ones that could probably be veganized. We ended up trying three of the four marked vegan pizzas and all were absolutely excellent. The restaurant also had two vegan sides and one vegan dessert, but they were unfortunately sold out of sorbet 😢
Read morePros: Several vegan options., Everything clearly labeled., EXCELLENT Italian-style pizza.
Cons: Sold out of dessert 😢
