Several Vegetarian/Vegan Options

I was pleasantly surprised that there were six different vegetarian options already on the menu. It was really easy to make them vegan by having them leave out the cheese and sour cream. They also had vegan meat options that are made in house. The menu was adequately priced for the options offered. I would love to see them expand a bit an offer vegan cheese but it is absolutely not a deal breaker.

Pros: They make their own vegan meat

Cons: Vegan cheese isn’t offered

A pleasant surprise

We live in Portland, OR where we're spoiled with vegan choices on every block; amazed to find this place while visiting family in Minot. We had the guac, both kinds of fajitas (fake chicken and fake steak) and a side of black beans. Everything was fantastic! The menu says that the faux meats are house made, which is very impressive. Probably the best fake steak I've ever had. Even the complimentary salsa was good. Staff was very friendly.

This is a must-stop for vegans in Minot.

Pros: Vegan protein options, Fresh guac

Happy find

We were so pleased to find an option in Minot that has vegan options without having to make our own options. Burritos, quesadillas, fajitas, tacos. All can be veggie. No vegan cheese offered.

Pros: Guacamole is super yummy!

Cons: Quite pricey.
