Wisconsin's best coffee shop for vegans - Edit
The vegan tofu breakfast sandwich is simple yet soooo good!! They always have a selection of delicious vegan baked goods, the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin being my favorite. Plus there's the coffee.

Delish TLT Sandwich! - Edit
Great vegan options! Great energy!
Read moreLoved my TLT sandwich (tempeh, lettuce, tomato)—I got it on an everything bagel with avocado. Also had a tasty vegan pumpkin muffin. Nice music in the background, interesting crowd, owner and her niece were working and told us the history of the artistically appointed space, once a furniture store then a bike store.

We happened to be passing through on a Thursday night..Vegan Burger nite. They had 3 options, my husband and I opted for the steak sandwich. It was pure comfort food!! Even my flexitarian husband liked it. But here’s the real scoop...stupid good vegan baked goods!!

Get the coffee cake! - Edit
Emmie: Vegan Betty burrito. Good, could have used more sweet potato. Chips were tasty!
Read moreMatt: bbq jackfruit sandwich. Toasty and delicious!
We shared the coffee cake and a maple latte for dessert. The coffee cake was our favorite treat to date. Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, highly recommended. The maple latte was decent.
Overall, would recommend. Looking forward to going back someday!
Pros: Good vegan options, great space to relax!

Favorite Coffeeshop of all time - Edit
This cafe rocks and had been a staple for my whole vegan lifestyle. They've had vegan cookies and other baked goods for my whole 10 years and they've slowly added more and more vegan sandwiches and burritos (Tempeh, veganaise and now tofu too!). Vegan french toast Sundays and donuts on many Saturdays! They've also slowly had less meat (now totally vegetarian!) and dairy options. Love this place so much that they get a 5 star review in violation of my "nothing better than 4 star for non-vegan places policy"! The best.
Read moreOh. And I didn't mention the non food stuff. Paradigm is honestly the cultural hub of Sheboygan and Kate (the young women owner!) Brings loads of music and art to the city. She's also integral to the founding of the grocery coop that is now across the street but started in Paradigm's space.
Pros: baked goods, sandwiches, Matt and Sarah work here
Cons: no hardcore and punk bands (what gives?!), Damon doesn't work here anymore

If you are vegetarian or vegan and you're near Sheboygan, you owe yourself a trip to Paradigm.*
Read moreThe decor is a little modern urban, a lot reclaimed everything, and completely unique.
The service is good.
The prices are fair.
The food is excellent, and there are many options available.
* Even if you're not vegetarian or vegan, you should still give paradigm a try.

Best Jackfruit Sandwich - Edit
I have always been a big fan of their TLT sandwich, but now the BBQ Jackfruit takes the cake!
Read moreNot mushy like most of the jackfruit I have had in the past, maybe it was the crunchy slaw? Either way delish!
The house baker is vegan I believe, and has a ton of skills.
Must try for sure.

A very special place - Edit
This is a very special place that I visit almost every time I'm in town. It's a great coffee shop with tons of space, good coffee and plenty of good food. They are also a venue for local and touring music AND they have a weekly (or monthly?) bicycle workshop where people can come in, fix up bikes that have been donated and take them home. They also have a great little organic food market.

excellent sandwiches! - Edit
Really fun coffee shop with a great relaxed vibe and awesome sandwiches!! I had the vegan egg salad made with simple soyman tofu and it was really, really good- the best I've had since I stopped eating actual eggs! The bread great and perfectly toasted. We also had the chips and black bean dip, which was also yummy, and my husband enjoyed his burrito (vegetarian not vegan). They had a few non-veg options but they were all the way down at the bottom of the menu which was kind of cool :-) I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Worth the trip - Edit
Great spot in Sheboygan where there just aren't many vegan options. The nIce thing is there is something for everyone here! Kate is so friendly and helpful. Stopped in for a snack for the road - wonderful baked goods ... indulge in the pumpkin choc chip muffins. We'll be making a point to return!

They Have Pac Man! - Edit
Cool vibe, decent food. Live music on occasion. Interesting crowd. Good service. In this area it's by far the best spot for vegan options. 5 of their entrees can be made vegan and there are some baked goods there as well. They are happy to help with what is and isn't vegan.
Read moreOh, and they have an old school stand up Pac Man which is a 60 in 1 (with Donkey Kong) and a pinball machine.

amazing! - Edit
In a rural area, it's very hard to find a veg-friendly place to eat. This is one of my favorites! Their food is local and organic and their atmosphere is great! I love the classic sandwich with feta, onions, and tomato. We also always get their seasonal salsa and chips. My husband isn't vegetarian and he loves it too. Also great drinks! (I love the Chai frappe)
