Serves meat, vegan options available. French restaurant offering also a vegan menu with a variety of items, including pasta, falafel, vegan burger, salads, as well dessert. Confirmed closed Nov 2017.
I was so glad to find this restaurant! Staying in town last weekend and thought this place was likely to have something I could have for breakfast. Was delighted upon entering when I saw "vegan menu now available"! Great choices for restaurant, cafe, and take-out.
Woke up Monday in Paso Robles, figured there would be no vegan options, but an online search turned up the vegan menu at Panolivo. I'd been there a couple of years ago, when Panolivo partnered with Jaffa Cafe to offer Middle Eastern food (but they broke my heart when they told me the Baba Ganoush had yogurt in it). And the new vegan menu (posted by the front door, a nice welcome for us vegans!) has much of the Jaffa items like hummus, falafel, etc. But they add much more. My wife has the tofu scramble, declared it the best one we've had since the Bay Area Herbivore restaurants (now closed, sadly). I had the BLTA sandwich (bacon-spiced tempeh slices, lettuce, tomato, avocado on sourdough). That was quite tasty too. We spoke with the owner, who said the vegan menu has been well-received. I wish more restaurants would do this! I would give them five stars, but Happy Cow says that is reserved for only fully-vegan restaurants.
Delicious breakfast burrito especially with homemade salsa bar. Vegan burger is good but looks and tastes like a garden burger and is a little aggressively priced at $13 with no sides. Still, credit for having a dedicated vegan menu. Friendly and attentive service, good for families.
I was so stoked to learn that they made a vegan menu! I had been coming here with my family for years... and I'm so happy to see this addition! The owner often walks around to make sure that the customers enjoy their meals, which I find very professional.
They have great vegan chocolate raspberry cake. The tofu scramble was amazing, and the veggie burger was good, too (although it wasn't very big). The food is good, but it is a bit pricey for those watching out for their wallet.
This place is great very lucky to have it. Happy cow only let's me rate 4 stars max since this restaurant is not fully veggie I would totally give them 5 stars. Ask for the vegan menu. Very accommodating staff and wide range of vegan entrees. I absolutely love the n-crab cake salad made from hearts of palm.
I grew up in Paso and there aren't many options but this place has really opened up their minds and doors to us which i appreciate.
Excellent little restaurant. The best thing is that along with their regular menu they have recently added a completely separate, vegan dedicated menu which has a variety of great dishes. Their presentation doesn't feel like an add on to an otherwise non-veg menu. Great Place!

My husband and I and our 4 and 6 year old boys all ate off the vegan menu and enjoyed our meals! We'll definitely be back!
