Terrible Dining Experience - Edit
I had a bad experience here, during my visit to Springfield, MA. Terrible service. I never got around to the food. I waited a long time for just the menu, not to mention water, silverware. The waiter never came back. As the only person dining in, I watched several pickup patrons come and go, while I sat there. The staff seemed to cater to pickup and delivery.

Seriously good vegan Indian food - Edit
I am staying in a hotel in West Springfield and ordered on Grub Hub after reading the good reviews. Everything is clearly marked vegan when ordering online and you can even specify in your order vegan (there’s a little checked box). I got vegetable samosa, pakoras and the aloo gobi. OMG delicious and the sauces are amazing too. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area. Food was fresh, hot and amazingly delicious.

DELICIOUS - Edit
I wish I could give it 5 stars. The food was delicious. We had Gobi Manchurian and samosas to start and then tadka dal and Bahrain eggplant. Everything was fantastic.

Absolutely delicious - Edit
We cannot give a five star review on Happy Cow because this restaurant is not fully vegan. But the food is delicious and the staff very conscientious if vegan preparation is requested. Also many many choices including cauliflower eggplant peas peppers mushrooms okra and much much more. The sauces are prepared to order so it is not a problem to get most things without dairy or ghee.
