Very cute little bread bakery offering nice vegan-friendly bread! Keep your eyes peeled when walking to it, it's easy to miss because the windows are all fogged up (at least they were when I was there).

We were lucky to have been staying so very close to this bakery. Very nice bread and the staff were helpful and mostly bi-lingual too.

El mejor pan que he encontrado en Madrid! Pan de verdad, de masa madre y hecho en el día. Tienen muchos tipos de pan pero hay que ir pronto porque vuela!

Panifiesto have simply fantastic bread. I especially love the seeds (semillas) loaf. They use organic ingredients and the bread is of the highest of quality. I was recommended this place by a french girl in a coffee shop whose job is to travel around the world to find the best bread in different cities!
