Wonderful Friday evening dinner - Edit
The vegan options are mingled into the menu and are simply designated as,... (plant based)
Read morethere is plenty to pick from. 3 soups, 2 salads, a few appetizers, and 2 entrees... we shared bruschetta and ratatouille then enjoyed the soups.
My angel hair marinara was very nice and we also tried the Mushroom Ravioli. Finally we enjoyed the Chocolate pudding.
Pros: Beautiful dinning area, Excellent wait staff

Unbeatable ambiance, just a nice dining experience. I will definitely be back, although the food could have been more flavorful but it still was good just not exceptional. I am just talking about the Vegan dinner items, my partner enjoyed his non vegan meal very much.

Fine dining with vegan options - Edit
When we went there was like 6 vegan options on entire menu (including appetizers, salads, entree and deserts). Our waiter stated they normally have 2 pages of vegan options but because of covid has to compact their menu.

Terrible plant based menu - Edit
Dont waste your money! The food is awful and so is the service. The excuse for the bland mushy prison food we were served was "that's how vegan food is". I wanted to scream. We thought we were going to have a nice vegan italian dinner and instead, we waited a very long time in an almost empty restaurant for 2 dishes that came out cold, mushy and watery. No flavor, no texture and a weird combination of ingredients. My boyfriend got the meatloaf, it was crunchy, tasted like seeds with bland red sauce on top. The mashed potatoes had the texture of boxed, instant mashed with no seasoning. He rarely complains but couldn't stomach this meal. I had the no pull braised pork. What I got was a pile of watery jackfruit on top of watery potatoes, with peas, olives and I think onions ( too overcooked to tell what it was when I tasted it). The pork wasn't braised as there was no crunch, no texture and no flavor. Literally the worst vegan meal I've ever tried to eat. We both returned our dishes and the server was visibly agitated by this. We decided not to order something else. The bread and caesar salad were the only decent offerings. Although the diced tomatoes on the caesar were confusing.
Read moreWith all the amazing vegan options in vegas, don't waste your time and money. They don't have the first clue about how to prepare vegan food. Go to Sinatra for a fancy delicious vegan meal with phenomenal dessert. For good vegan meals in general, I recommend Cafe no fur, The Modern Vegan, VegeNation or Nacho Daddys instead. All will delight and impress you.
Pros: Bread and view of the airport
Cons: Service is awful , Vegan food is inedible, Expensive for crap food

Vegan Italian Options - Edit
Good vegan options at this great Italian restaurant. I’m giving it 3 stars because I had discussed vegan, gluten-free ravioli before I arrived at a work event and they changed it to pasta. I wasn’t thrilled with the changes so they made me a dumpling dish. It was good but not worth the price.

5 stars is not an option for reviews on not fully vegan/vegetarian restaurants - Edit
Great 2 pages plant-based menu for the health conscious eaters, but don’t let that fool you, the food is delicious as well. Great place to go with non vegan friends. The general manager was so warm and personable, he came out and greet us, so passionate about the plantbased lifestyle.

Great Spot - Edit
I love coming here! The service is outstanding and the food is even better!! I love the authentic Italian dishes that have been made vegan. There's a very large vegan menu and plenty of oil free and gluten free options, too. It's not gigantic portions but it's always enough that you don't leave hungry. It's that sweet spot!! Plus, the manager is super great! He always comes by to say hello and checks on us. He is vegan too!!! We always go here for our special occasions!!! FIVE STARS!

Excellent food and service - Edit
I wish Happy Cow would let me give this restaurant 5 stars, but that option is only for vegan restaurants, not vegan-friendly ones. So I will tell you how much we loved the ravioli, pan, Caesar salad, chocolate pudding and gelato. Vincenzo, the restaurant manager, made us feel so welcome. I wish more restaurants offered plant-based oil-free food.

The BEST Vegan options!! - Edit
What a nice surprise to see a 2 page menu with all plant based fine dining Italian options. We love to support restaurants that make sure they give Vegans a nice selection. We tried about 7 dishes and loved everything. They even offer 2 plant based dessert options and offer no oil items. Definitely make a stop there if you are in the area. Request a window table for a great view!

Average food, big vegan menu, nice ambience - Edit
This place has a huge vegan and plant based menu so if you are vegan this might be the place for you! I am lacto vegetarian and eat cheese, therefore the eggless dishes options were limited, the waiter had confusion about which pastas were eggless and which were not, and since we were with the large group they had trouble understanding that we wanted cheese in some of the options from the plant-based menu. The pasta fagiola soup was one of the only times I’ve seen the soup vegetarian, much less vegan, and it was amazing. I highly recommend this! The table bread and oil was vegan and there were three bread varieties and all were really good. My husband and I shared the spinach ravioli and a spinach dumplings off the vegan menu, dumplings were not at all what I expected. They were more like a falafel ball rather than an Asian dumpling. I did not like them much at all, nor did my husband. The tomato sauce that came with them also was not very good. The spinach ravioli was better, and the creamy vodka sauce was really good. The vegan chocolate mousse was really good as well, but very dark chocolate and some did not like that. I tried a little bit of my friends egg plant Parmesan, and that was the best dish of all. Other than the soup. I wish I would’ve gotten plain spaghetti or penne off the menu, as I really didn’t like the dumplings or the ravioli.

One of the Best Upscale Vegan Places - Edit
This Italian restaurant looks over the airport runway to the Strip in the distance. It has an entirely separate vegan menu! This is plant-based food selected with great care by Vincenzo, the General Manager, who is whole foods, plant-based himself and has a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from Cornell. I'm writing this review without the menu, but have been there to celebrate several special occasions. It's always a real treat and never disappoints! It's one of the nicest upscale vegan meals you can have in Las Vegas! Let Vincenzo know you're vegan and they'll treat you like royalty.

The best! - Edit
They were so awesome about making my birthday something special. They have an entire plant based menu. I recommend the brushettone for starters, and the ricotta and spinach ravioli. I had no idea what cocktail I wanted (as they were currently redoing their cocktail menu) but were awesome and made me a great drink based on my flavor preferences. They also surprised me with a yummy lil dessert, served on a decorated plate wishing me a happy birthday. Awesome staff, amazing atmosphere. This was definitely one of the best vegan meals I've ever had. Thanks Panevino!

How have I never eaten here before??? - Edit
I tried Panevino for the first time this week. I'm so sad I've never eaten here before because it was so good. We had a really delicious meal and the service was very attentive. We tried an artichoke, eggplant bruschetta type appetizer. My husband had a pasta with tomato sauce (oven roasted fresh tomatoes, olives, etc) and I had the vegan meatloaf with mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was very filling but very different from most vegan meatloaf. It had black beans in it and lots of veggies making it much less dense than one would expect. I was sad to not have room for dessert. There were 2 vegan dessert options and both sounded good. A special mention to Mark Lopez (Asst. General Manager) who couldn't have been nicer. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great and the view to the Strip is very nice. I would have given 5 stars if possible.

We had Christmas Eve dinner reservations, but arrived earlier to have drinks in the lounge. The bartenders/servers were very nice and made fantastic drinks. We each chose to try different holiday cocktails. Dirk also had a couple of espresso martinis as they were fabulous as well.
Read moreFor dinner, we were seated looking out the front window towards the Strip. Amazing night time view. The main menu includes separate sections labeled Plant Based. I ordered the rustic tomato soup and spinach ricotta gnocchi while Dirk ordered the pesto mushroom risotto and chocolate gelato for dessert. We were served bread with oil and balsamic while we waited. The soup was perfect! The gnocchi was clearly handmade and lovely. The risotto was heavy on the pesto, but excellent. The gelato was served with warm almond milk and cranberries which was surprisingly very tasty. The service was friendly as well. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try some more vegan options.
Pros: handmade vegan options, fantastic drinks, easy parking and great view
Cons: not all vegan
