Bakery and coffee shop featuring freshly baked goods. There is a little specialty section which includes handmade pastas and rice from Italy as well as other items. Almost every day there is at least one vegan baked good that is freshly made, including scones and cupcakes of all kinds of flavors. Could be worth calling ahead to check there will be something vegan. Open Wed-Fri 8:00am-2:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-3:00pm.

5* Simply the best vegan baked goods & deserts on the east coast - Edit

Pan’e is my go to spot for vegan baked goods, desserts, avocado toast, vanilla cardamom lattes, Mexican hot chocolate, fresh bread, and more. Everything made fresh from scratch on site. The owner/baker/pastry chef is from Italy, opened the cafe, and then a few years ago became vegan. Almost all of the baked goods and deserts are now low key vegan, including the best chocolate chip cookie, muffins, tarts, caramel turtle ricotta cheescake, and avocado toast I’ve ever had. And I travel a lot, have been vegan for, gasp, 31 years, and LOVE to eat. From SF to SD to NYC to London, and many others, I’ve rarely had better. And it’s insanely 7 minutes from my house. Half of what he makes is great, the other half is transcendent. Even the marinated chickpea salad on arugula is sublime. When we move away from Wilbraham, their passionfruit tart will haunt my dreams.

Pros: Among the best vegan baked goods & deserts ever!, The Atmosphere is awesome , The vegan owner/baker and his staff are amazing

Cons: Closed Monday and Tuesday , If I ate as much as I wanted to, I’d weigh 1K lbs, Stopped making my fave vegan corned beef sando

The best!!! - Edit

Amazingly delicious bakery choices that are vegan friendly not all of them are vegan but they always have vegan options scones, muffins, they even have vegan cinnamon buns sometimes in blueberry as well and best of all really flavorful delicious coffee. Two delicious lunch sandwiches as well that are vegan!

Pros: Wonderful environment great employees, So delicious must try!, Affordable and very reasonable

Plenty of vegan options, clearly marked. Usually have a vegan baked good, salad, or sandwich available. Good service. I have preordered a vegan cake in the past. All of their beverages are delicious and various plant based milks are offered, almond, soy, or oat milk.

WOW! - Edit

I’ve lived in the area for years and can’t believe I just found out this place exists! I got the chocolate chip cookie and an apple crumble muffin: both were out of this world. They had 6 different vegan baked goods in the case, clearly labeled with (v)... I was also told they have a vegan chickpea sandwich and oat milk for coffee and such. I will be back :)
