Fantastic Vegan Selection! - Edit
I've been coming here nearly every week for the last three years and their vegan selection has gotten so large. Cupcakes, conchas, pan dulce, cookies, and they recently started making Vegan Concha Ice Cream Sandwiches and are totally worth the $6.50. Most of their flour tortillas are vegan as well, if not all of them. If you follow them on IG they usually post in their stories when their Vegan section is stocked.

There is an entire selection of vegan pan dulce, cookies, and cupcakes in the back/side section. It’s labeled. They make roscas and seasonal vegan items during holidays as well.

I recently went there for their vegan conchas and they had a chocolate or pink option. The picture showcasing the bread is pretty much what they have for vegan options. I liked their bread and it was cheap.

Vegan concha - Edit
Panaderia Nuevo León makes vegan concha! They are delicious. There is a wooden case in the back right hand side of the store where they keep the vegan stuff, it's labeled, sometimes there are more vegan treats that don't fit in the vegan case so be sure to ask. The vegan stuff they usually have: concha, individual pineapple upside down cakes, a few types of muffins, a cupcake, many different flavors of fresh tortillas and more. Plus it's super inexpensive so you can try it all.
