Great vegan options - Edit
Lots of vegan options (although I must admit I didn't catch them all with my limited Spanish). we bought cinnamon rolls/scrolls, kombucha, and babaganush (classic vegans). The server gave us a free baklava and sesame seed biscuit which were also vegan. And there was an apple pastry that was also vegan but we didn't try.
