Incredible - Edit
I was so impressed by this place. We ordered a vegan tres leches cake, which was absolutely delicious and a great price. The vegan pan dulces and other vegan pastries were also great, with a big selection! Really eager to come back and try them all, as well as the vegan tortas.

Unique find - Edit
Great hole in the wall place for a meal or snack. Vegan without fancy. The cashew crema is amazing and you can buy it for home as well. If you have questions though you'll need to speak some Spanish.

Horrible - Edit
The bakery looks promising upon entering but i was let down when i saw absolutely no vegan option signs. I asked if they had anything vegan and the girl pointed to a little cupboard. There was no vegan sign in sight. I decided to try a few since ive never had Salvadorean bread. It was nasty. Will never come back again. The upside is that its cheap so i didnt mind that i threw everything away. As i was checking out i saw a vegan labeled tres leches cake. It tasted old like it has been there a while. It wasnt in a refrigerated area either. And i went around 8pm. I wouldn't trust the cleanliness of this place. If you are in the area i guess you can give it a try since its so cheap but if you are far away trust me it is not worth the drive. I recommend toluca bakery in north hollywood. Everything is delicious vegan and the staff is very friendly.

I had to get a few things to-go that I haven't tried yet but I've heard amazing things (vegan conchas and tres leches). I did get to try half of 2 different tortas and they were good!! Reasonable prices

delicious vegan options - Edit
3 vegan torta options. i tried the one with beans, avocado, jalapeño and “crema” - there’s also vegan turkey and vegan provolone options. 3 leches cake was incredible. there’s a vegan breakfast menu served until 12pm with a fried plantain plate, breakfast burritos, and fried elote tamales.

Good options, fair prices - Edit
There are a decent amount of food and desserts available including conchas, dulce de leche, and a few others. The desserts are all just a couple bucks and are pretty tasty. We have not tried the savoury options yet.

Tastes like home - Edit
I grew up going to the panderia weekly. My grandma loves having sweets with her daily coffee. After many years of being vegan, I never thought that any authentic place would ever consider making a vegan version of classic sweets. I’m delighted to say that not only has someone dared to make them, but they’re near perfect replicas. From the vegan cheesecake and tres leches cake to the tortas and burritos, they’re all sooo good. I’ve had vegan conchas from different places at vegan food fairs and they’re on par with the rest of them, but what really stands out here is the breadth of all of their options and their ability to nail the flavors of so many classic sweets. Also NO VEG TAX

AMAZING - Edit
This place is a MUST if in DTLA, particularly if you are near the convention center. The vegan pastries are THE best I have ever had and they do not charge extra for vegan! The conchas are a MUST. I believe they accept all major credit cards as well!
