Pam’s got it goin’ on. - Edit
This place has been on my list for way too long. My partner finally picked up the channa aloo roti wrap to split + boom, went back for more the following day. We argued about getting the callaloo + I won + we both enjoyed it paired w/the dhalpuri. I love being right! Next time we’ll have it over rice. The dhalpuri is a perfect standalone snack + I’d get it on the reg if I lived closer. The aloo pies are a cross btw a samosa and a hand pie, rich + delicious. I don’t think the “spicy” green beans were spicy, but I loved them nonetheless. I bought a bottle of the hot sauce + it's got a nice flavor profile, prolly a 6/10 on the heat scale.
Read moreNote: The in-person menu has a “vegetarian/vegan options” section + it’s not all vegan (paratha + fry bread are not). Some other vegan dishes on the menu aren’t labeled (aloo pies, etc). They’re shutting down indoor dining at the end of the year + switching to takeout, catering + cooking classes. Get there before it's gone for good!
Pros: delicious food, friendly ppl, easy takeout
Cons: the "vegetarian/vegan" section isn’t all vegan
