Excellent source of plant-based diet staples on the island - Edit
Pamela's Health and Harmony has a great selection of dry goods, refrigerated and frozen foods, as well as organic produce and health and beauty products. Pam couldn't be nicer.

awesome vegan options!!! - Edit
Pamela's store has a large variety of vegan friendly products. It's the only place in the area.. I was so relieved to find it. She has all the natural toiletries as well as fresh produce and vegan products like daiya, tofutti and so delicious etc. Even vegan eggs mix but I didn't try... Basically all the vegan cooking necessities.

Pamela's Health & Harmony is an oasis among the shore's greasy pizza shops and boardwalk funnel cakes! We were overjoyed to find organic produce and enough vegan and organic pantry items to fill a few (reusable!) shopping bags! Not a bad drive from our vacation spot in Ocean City, NJ, either. We also appreciate the kind and helpful owner, who seemed quite loved by some loyal shoppers who stopped by while we were there. A good sign!
