The first zero waste restaurant in Mexico (as of Dec. 2022, the only one.) Uses only ingredients produced in Mexico in a sustainable way and works with families in nearby communities to obtain organic vegetables, fruits and grains. Menu changes weekly depending on the harvest. Honey is used in very few items with agave syrup also available. Open Thu-Sun 12:00pm-7:00pm. Closed Mon-Wed.

We've been looking to visit this place, and today we finally made it in--oh was it worth the wait! A visit to Pahua is not just about food and eating: it is an exploration of devotion, passion and creativity, and its potential to come to manifestation as conscious, intentional, culinary delight--it transports! The flavors are exceptional--imaginative, exquisite, engaging--elevating the familiar to the revolutionary; the presentation is wondrous, vibrant and ethereal, celebrating the roots of a dish's locally-harvested ingredients with a sweet visual harmony that intrigues and inspires; the palette of ingredients is lush, experimental, and tantalizing. The love and devotion of the co-owners to their craft, the communities they collaborate with, and each other is palpable in every adventurous bite. What a joy and pleasure it was to experience Pahua--we can't wait to return!

You can NOT miss this going to Valle de Bravo. This place hits all the sweet spots. Inviting location, amazing service and mouth watering yummy food. Me and my partner was blown away. I think it might be the best cafe we have been to in Mexico. These ladies are so passionate about what they do and really have integrity in their use of ingredients. For only 300 pesos we got a full Michelin worthy four course meal including desert. Note that they are closed mon-wed.
