New veggie 'sausage' is a nice addition - Edit

Vegetarian pizzas have always been good, love the new veggie faux sausage option

Excellent Vegan Pizza - Edit

Their crust is vegan, and they have an excellent locally sourced vegan cheez. I believe it is coconut oil based. They also have field roast sausage (if you like fake meats).

Pagliacci now has vegan cheese! - Edit

Heard a while back that they were testing vegan cheese in a couple Seattle locations. Looks like it has spread to all their locations. They are using Good Planet Foods mozzarella which are made locally (Bellevue) and I really enjoy. Have never been able to eat at this highly recommend chain until now! Very good pizza.
