Tasty pad Thai - Edit
Really enjoyed the pad Thai, one of my favs so far. He does an egg and no egg version (vegan)and it’s fun to watch him make it fresh in front of you! Be aware they are quite small portions though.

After two months of traveling through Thailand I can say this was the best Pad Thai I’ve had. He knows what he is doing. I’m not the only one who says he is the best. People are talking about him in Pai. :)

Read moreThe flavour is nice enough but nothing special and, unfortunately, there is an option to add egg. We did notice how thoroughly he cleaned the pan afterwards, at least. 60 baht per dish seems cheap initially but the portions are pretty tiny.
Overall, a decent vegan option at the night market and a fun experience. Just don’t expect to fill up!
Pros: Clearly marked vegan ✅, Happy chef 👨🏽🍳

Very carefully prepared pad thai, the chef took us through every step. Egg, no? Spicy, yes? Peanuts, yes? He makes the same dish over and over but treats them all with love. And he served it with a warm smile, too. Feel-good and tasty!

Delicious pad Thai made with tofu and cashew nuts, was able to make it peanut free too as I have an allergy! 60 THB per dish, and super entertaining owner

Great Budget Pad Thai! - Edit
This stall on the walking street sells only pad Thai. For 50b, it is a very tasty and decent portion and they even use cashews as a topping which is most unusual for a budget place. They will add egg on request but otherwise all vegan.
