I lived around this area years ago, and coming back to visit I had no idea where to go to eat! I looked up Pablo's pizza online and was able to build my own pizza. I loved my pizza for one, and I'm happy to know there is a place right on Main St.

I enjoy Pablo's regularly and find it very pleasant. The pizza arrives quickly, the staff are knowledgeable, and (rare for this part of Colorado) there are a good variety of vegan options. I love the Thai-ger Heat, add pineapples, with vegan cheese. Even my non-vegan friends enjoy it! We usually order online and pick up.

The atmosphere was great, the people were friendly and our pizzas were done quickly my biggest gripe with this place was the fact that they don’t label the key ingredients to their sauces such as milk because i definitely had dairy somewhere on my pizza cuz I got the grumbles right after I ate here and I’m severely lactose intolerant… personally loved the flavors of the pizza but I won’t be going back—but the Husband loved it(not vegan)

Pablo’s offers a build-your-own pizza with vegan cheese as an option. Nice thin crust and good flavor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wait times can be over an hour when busy.

I love this pizza as a vegan. Pizza is a hard food for me to consume especially without cheese and most vegan pizzas with vegan cheese just don't hit the spot for me! Pablo's is my go to when I really am craving pizza. I have never had a pizza I didn't love and it's easy to customize the pizza they way you want to eat it. I often go outside my comfort zone with things I would normally eat on a pizza and I have yet to be disappointed. I really wish the pesto was vegan but am super grateful that the staff let me know it wasn't and even waited to make my order to make before taking it off when I ordered online. I am also grateful they did not just make my food with the pesto.

Vegan cheese is offered, then you can make your own pizza choosing from a huge selection of toppings. I did the Thai peanut sauce and topped it with pine nuts, portobello mushrooms, roast garlic and onions and beyond sausage. It was excellent.

The pizza here was awesome, the vegan cheese is great, and they recently started serving beyond meat as well! Ask for the “vegan options menu” and they’ll give you a cheat sheet on how to make a lot of their pizzas or salads vegan.

This vegan cheese is good cold, i repeat the cheese is good cold. I don't know about you but I have never found a vegan cheese that after melted was good cold. I always get the Popeyes passion. It's so good I don't branch out but others with me have tried the bella donna which they loved. Such good pizza

Had many vegetarian options that can be made with vegan cheese. We ordered the Thai-ger heat pizza with vegan cheese. It was great, but I noticed Parmesan cheese on the crust of one of the slices. Not sure if they normally put it on there and then realized it was vegan and just didn’t remake it or not. Honestly, I was so hungry I ate numerous slices without looking too hard, it could have been all over the crust.

Great options for vegans - Easy to order online - Edit
We ordered takeout online and I was surprised how easy it was to modify the order for vegan requirements on the salads and pizzas. You can even easily specify vegan cheese on the pizza. The food was great. We loved the crust and flavor of the pizza and the salad was fresh with good ingredients. The hummus and pita were good also, but the veggies on the plate left a bit to be desired. We plan to eat here every time we are in Grand Junction because our diverse family all loved it. Certainly he best vegan pizza I’ve had in a long while!

You can have a pie totally vegan and you do not feel like you are asking for world peace like so many other places when you order in a place not entirely vegan. They have more veggie choices than most places. Everything is cooked fresh when you order, but even so it was quick. I highly recommend!

We have been enjoying Pablo's Pizza for years. They make a quality pizza. They have a wonderful Veggie Extravaganza pizza, just ask for the vegan cheese in exchange for regular cheese. Loaded with veggies and so divine. We usually get the large so we can have half the next day. They will also make you any custom pizza or calzone that you want. They have salads too.

I am vegan and really like Pablo's Pizza. They do artisan pizzas and salads. The Deluxe Veggie Extravaganza pizza, minus the cheese, is my favorite, with wonderful crust. They also have vegan cheese, if you prefer. There are lots of other veggies you can add to your pizza. The Yogi Way is my choice of salads, minus the pesto which is not vegan. The employees are top notch and the atmosphere is very cool. You can also order online and pickup. Very handy.
