The vegan sushi here was incredible - Edit
Loved the roll I ordered! Staff didn’t seem entirely knowledgeable of vegan options on their menu and wouldn’t switch the soy paper for seaweed, but honestly it tasted amazing the way it was.

It was nice to see some solid vegan options in Town Square, and the vegetarian ramen and avocado roll were good. However, we could not get a vegetarian roll as part of the lunch special even after explaining that we could not eat any of the 15 fish options offered, so we felt the customer service and modifications could’ve been better for those with dietary modifications.
