Limited choices, but with a lot of customization, and quality food. - Edit
Initially, I was underwhelmed by the vegan options on the menu - a veggie roll, a cucumber roll, an avocado roll, and a vegan poke bowl. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my veggie roll and poke bowl, and the large amount of customization afforded when making up the poke bowl. We'll definitely be ordering from here again. For Oxford, it has a decent number of options. And some of the non-vegan options can be made vegan, such as the sweet potato roll which can be ordered sans eel sauce.
