Ottoman Cofffeehouse - Edit
I’d give this place 5 stars if I could. So many vegan options including naan breads, and tons of coffees and cakes to choose from. I had the pistachio oat iced latte, and we ordered the vegan biryani with a peshwari naan, and the vegan shawarma. These guys know what they’re doing in the kitchen. The biryani was perfectly spiced, a lovely warming and comforting dish. It comes with either vegan yoghurt or chickpeas and vegetable pakora. The vegan shawarma was really fresh and bright flavour wise, again with pakora and chickpeas on a naan. Really delicious and generous portions. We made room for a delicious cherry and pineapple cake and a vegan affogato. It was a 10 out of 10 for us. A really cool space, and a great spot for coffee geeks ☕️

Very nice - Edit
Ordered the special and a decaf coffee. The special was a saag and it didn’t disappoint! Was so so good. The naan is also vegan as they use oat milk. Really nice staff as well as a nice atmosphere.

Really Cool Coffee House - Edit
Beautiful interior, and even more beautiful coffee! Went here on a very awkward first date, but it was worth it for the lemon cake. (lol)

Cons: Bit pricy, they charge for milk alternatives.

Delightful - Edit
The curries on offer here are second to none. The selection of teas and coffee are enough to make your mouth water. I also tried Turkish delight here and it has made me love it!

Absolutely incredible - Edit
This place is a real hidden gem! The coffee on offer here is outstanding. Not just traditional Turkish coffee but a wide variety of specialty coffee too. V60, Syphon, chemex, flat whites, vegan affogato if it's coffee based you name it they have it. No joke this place served me up with one of the nicest cups of coffee I have ever drunk. It goes without saying that they have lots of plant milk options too.
Read moreThe food on offer here is exceptional as well! I had hummus, flatbread and pakoras and it was amazing! The hummus was velvety and creamy, unlike anything I have ever tasted. I also tried a biscoff vegan empire biscuit and that was brilliant too. Their selection of vegan cakes is really extensive.
The actual location is beautiful as well. In an old historic building. There is a really nice relaxed and chilled out vibe. Lots of chess boards to play with too.
Anyway I highly recommend this place. It's a must visit if you like coffee.
Pros: Absolutely outstanding coffee, Lots of clearly labelled vegan options , Very friendly staff and a beautiful location

A fabulous coffee experience - Edit
A big room decorated in second-hand-opulent Ottoman style, and some of the finest coffee I've tasted. It was prepared by a knowledgable and friendly owner, who chatted with us about coffees. Top tip for Glasgow: come here!

Such a cool place! - Edit
Good marked vegan options, really nice decor and atmosphere - would definitely recommend. The Veg Pakora and Pakora Burger were great, as was the shawarma. The affogato with vegan ice cream hit the spot too.

100% recommended (Would be 5* but not allowed as they are not 100% vegan). The vegan shawarma was so delicious with pakora, salad (chickpeas, cucumber, olives, pomegranate, tomato, lettuce ) topping an out of this world naan. I don't drink coffee but, there are so many options if you do, my cardamom tea was so good. Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
