Best food I’ve had in Puglia - Edit
Had the fava bean purée, orecchiette con broccoli without anchovies, and fresh crisps. Especially the pasta was very good.

Best food I’ve had in Italy - Edit
Terrific dinner and authentic taste of Puglia. I am a vegan and there were a few vegan options: the fava beans as an entree, Orecchiette for a main and delicious Puglia style vegetables as a side. While limited, all of these dishes were 10/10 and filled me up. My partner who is not vegan also echoes the same sentiment, the best food we have had in Italy. We will be back
