Best bagel in town - Edit
We came for coffee one day and went back for coffee and bagels the next day. Staff was super kind, remembered our order from the day before. Bagel is very big, white with poppy seeds, fluffy but nicely toasted. There are 3 vegan bagel options, we had no 1 and 3 and they were both delicious. If you consider going to Bagelstein, DON’T! Go to ÖST café instead! :))

A wonderful place to meet up with friends for a healthy lunch - Edit
Delicious food, vegan drink options, and cozy atmosphere. The juices are amazing, and there is a vegan option daily (to the best of my knowledge). Would definitely recommend!

An awesome place - Edit
The restaurant is small but provides nice sitting area in a vintage Californian/Swedish ambiance. It's one of the few place in Besançon where you can find glutenfree food that's not linked to meat! The owner is the sweetest man ever and he will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied and not left out by your food intolerant. It's not entirely vegan because of the cheese (some bagels have salmon as well) but the main drive here is vegetarian. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!!
Read morePros: Glutenfree pastries (cookies, brownies...), dairyf
Cons: Somewhat expensive by itself (9,90€ for plate+drin
