Super friendly staff - Edit
We got helped by the mamma di casa and she was very friendly. Most produce comes from their land, but fruit, which get selected by her very picky son (with focus on quality). She gave us some tomatoes and basil for free. The shop is small but you can get enough for full day’s menu incl. dessert. Their lettuce was very fresh!

Ortobono is an Organic Grocery on the road to San Leo on the edge of Anghiari. As well as locally grown organic fruit and vegetables the shop stocks many vegan essentials pulses and grains, rice and soya milk, peanut butter and tahini, vegan spreads, snack bars, tamari sauce, seitan and tofu etc. They make their own bottled vegetables sott'olio and pasta sauces which are fantastic. Good selection of vegan wines and beers. Eco-cleaning products avaialble. The staff are the loveliest people you could meet. Every time I go they always give me free things to try!
