Serves meat, vegan options available. Arizona based small chain of fast-casual dining eateries offering grain bowls, salads, acai and fruit bowls, wraps, shakes, and fresh juices. Vegan items include a green curry tofu bowl, the Asian salad, tofu add-on, a few sides, a couple of the acai bowls, plus the coconut chia pudding. A few other dishes, such as the veggie and hummus wrap, may be adapted for vegans by omitting cheese. Substitute almond or soy milk and plant based protein powder in any of the shakes for a charge. Order at the counter and staff will bring the food to your table. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-9:00pm, Sun 7:00am-8:00pm.

Excellent veggie wrap! - Edit
My first time going to Original Chop Shop, and the veggie wrap with GF wrap was delicious. Will order without the feta next time for vegan. I also ordered the sweet potato hash and green curry bowl, but haven’t tried them yet. Lots of GF and vegetarian / vegan option choices.

Great lunch spot! - Edit
This location is right in the heart of old town and has an awesome flexitarian menu. They have seating both inside and out - sun or shade. Great atmosphere! We’ve eaten here a few times and never had a bad meal. Staff is friendly too!!

My favorite lunch place! - Edit
If it’s not vegan you can make most dishes vegan. A great place for every type of eater to have something healthier to eat.

Where's the Veg? - Edit
The juice bar here is absolutely wonderful. So many options to choose from and even other snacks for purchase. The vegan options are bleak at best. The people at the counter aren't usually very friendly. There's almost always a wait during lunch as well.

Great but... - Edit
I have been to the location near ASU campus before and though I've enjoyed the food, my recent visit has made me hesitant to go back. I always order a tofu bowl and last time there was a piece of chicken in my meal. Though it unsettled me, I figured it went in by accident and removed it to keep eating but later I was very sick. I'm not sure if it was cooked with my tofu or what but I have been meat-free for 6 six years and can only assume this reason is why because I have never had a reaction like this to food.
Read morePros: Healthy food, "Forbidden rice" is delicious
Cons: Cross contamination, Don't label their veg options

deliciousness - Edit
I had the quinoa veggie tofu bowl and it was sooooooo good! They have a bunch of tasty options for vegans. I was in a hurry and it was hard to choose. It's also such a cute and warm environment. Staff was sweet.
