Opened in March 2010. First gluten free bakery in Victoria. Has vegan options. Uses high quality, natural ingredients (many are local and/or organic). Also serves some savories. Located in Stadacona Centre. Open Mon-Thu 7:30am-5:30pm, Fri 7:30am-6:30pm, Sat 7:30am-5:30pm.

Best gf bread in town! - Edit
Very lovely little cafe with so many goodies and gf breads. Not that many vegan options tho. We tried the Vega bread loaf (contains honey, but I consume honey) and it was delicious! The best gluten free bread I have ever tried! I asked about the ingredients and was surprise at the amount of high quality organic seeds and starches were in the loaf. Amazing!

The vegan gf chocolate cake they make is amazing - it is super chocolately, moist, and not too sweet!
