If you're in the area, venture in! While the menu is small, the food was definitely fresh and plentiful. At their recommendation, we ordered two entrees - two walnut meat tacos and a salad topped with an artichoke burger - which they then offered to divide into two plates for us. The tacos were so filled up, the salad fresh, and the garlic dressing divine. The staff was very friendly and the outdoor seating, though right at the parking area, was shaded and comfortable. I also ordered some turmeric-ginger-CBD-infused Kombucha, which was very tasty. Not sure if the name was about the food or the people - or both - but we'd definitely go back for seconds, maybe order less as there was no room for dessert. ;-)

I'll start out by saying the food tasted great, but during the course of our meal we realized, "We've been scammed!" Their name is Organically Twisted, which is what drew us to the restaurant, assuming we were getting organic food, yet we realized they don't state anywhere that their food is organic. It's not anywhere on their menu, not on signage in the restaurant, nor is it anywhere on their website. That would be like selling organic grass fed beef, while omitting that reference on the label. Why would you do that? When I asked the girl at the counter if their food was organic, her yes answer didn't even pass my visual lie detector test. Plus we even questioned how they can sell an "all organic chicken salad" with a half dozen ingredients, for less than other restaurants sell a fried chicken sandwich and fries. It's like a snack I recently purchased that stated, "Made With Organic Coconut", and that was the only organic ingredient, while the list contained high-fructose corn syrup and a bunch of other ingredients I would never eat.

The food is fresh and innovative and beautifully prepared, with an artists touch. Service is wonderful as well and sitting outside in front of the plants gives this place a tropical and relaxing feel. The menu here is amazing and I highly highly recommend it! This is the best restaurant for vegan options in town. They have one dish on the menu that is not vegan, and the rest are all amazing! I highly recommend the salad with mac and cheese. The burger is outstanding, and by far the best vegan burger I've ever had, it has so much flavor and texture. I had my dad try it and he (an omnivore averse to vegan food), stole the burger for himself and said it was really good and we should order from here more often. The wrap is good if you want something healthy and a good staple on the menu. But what I love about this place is you can get almost anything in a wrap and who doesn't love a good wrap?! This is now my go to place for eating out, it has the best food and very kind people working there. Can't wait to go back and try more!

The menu is mostly vegan and the owner is very conscious about his vegan customers. Great mix of fresh salads and comforting sandwiches. The specials change weekly but if you’re lucky enough to go when they have the Mac n cheeze quesadilla, take advantage!

The first time I went here was with a group and it was good. I have now been on numerous occasions. I have tried just about everything ( excluding meat). The owner /chef is gifted. I owned 3 restaurants and a culinary school in Spain. This guy will make your mouth sing. Your taste buds will be exhausted, begging for more. He works with organic fresh ingredients. When you ask for "spicy" it will not hit you in the face... Instead it will slowly take you to an endorphin rush exploding pleasure and flavor. Have a kombucha infused with CBD while waiting for your order. This place will knock your socks off.

I had the hot vegan nut cheese and avocado sandwich on gluten free bread. Absolutely delicious. The vegan avocado chocolate mouse is by far the best I’ve ever had and the gf vegan chocolate peanut butter cheese cake is fabulous. The chef is friendly and everyone is so happy and welcoming. Organically Twisted is the best spot for lunch in Naples, hands down. The owner is the absolute nicest and the allover vibe is super chill and inviting (and they always have good music playing). They have several vegan options, plus some items that can be made vegan, and they’re all delicious! Raw Kelp Noodle bowl is my go-to, but the Mung Bean is soooo good too.

This is a great place to go for healthy food for lunch. All food there tastes fantastic and fresh. If you're vegan, you can request their vegan dressing or sauce on the salads, side salad, bowls or in their wraps. You can opt to get a meal in a wrap or a bowl. The atmosphere in the shop is wonderful and positive and the owner is super friendly. And they're very accomodating if you do or do not want something in a meal. Very friendly towards vegans. I even went to a private dinner event for a vegan group there once after business hours. Food is colorful and organic. I highly recommend them!!!

We had a great vegan lunch at Organically Twisted. We had two generous bowls – a taco salad and a an avocado, yam and black bean bowl. Both servings were generous and delicious. The staff is knowledgeable on modifications needed to make an item vegan. However, the day we visited no desserts were vegan. The day we were there they had two lunch items with meat in them. Too bad they are not totally vegan, but we will still definitely go back.
Read moreMy suggestions is that since the café offers eat-in service they should offer courtesy cups of cold water for those eating there. They currently only offer a limited number of bottled drinks, sparkling water and very large bottles of purified water.
