Lovely organic lunch - macrobiotic inspired - Edit
Been here a couple of times the last years.
Read moreAlways a nice lunch. Sometimes just for a drink or dessert on the sunny terrace.
On recent visit seems that the menu has downsized, not that many options anymore.
Had a nice lunch.
Pity that they still serve meat and fish. And a pity they are not open for dinner.

August 2018:
Organic Vision is the long awaited successor of De Graankorrel (but no longer fully vegan unfortunately).
Several vegan dishes standardly available, and vegan plat du jour. All desserts are vegan and sugarfree.
The food is fresh, colourful and tastes good. Being organic, it does come with a slighter higher price tag than ‘regular’ restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.
Would rate it 5 stars, but that is not possible for non-vegan restaurants on HC

Good food, but NOT child friendly - Edit
4 stars for the food and the restaurant, but minus 1 because of the rudeness to our child.
Read moreWe were happy to discover this restaurant. Its interior is very chic, with a calm atmosphere and a pleasant view.
They have several vegan dishes and vegan desserts. The presentation is top notch! It's not cheap, but you get good value for money.
Huge downside for us: the staff. Or at least one woman who was working there. We were there with our 4-year old. First, it seemed a problem that we had a stroller, although the place is spacious and there was almost no one. We had to park it all the way in the back, no idea why. He behaved well, he played a little with the cutlery on the table and made some 'music' on the water glasses. He was doing it very softly and barely making noise. But that woman deemed it necessary to take his glass away, without saying anything to him, apparently 'because the glass would break'... And lastly, on one wall they have some kind af vertical garden. My son was very fascinated by it, and felt it with his hand, not pulling things out, not poking, just feeling. But again, there she was. She literally took his hand away from the wall. He started crying, we had seen enough and left.
I don't understand how a 'yoga restaurant' with such mindfulness atmosphere can be so hostile to a child that was just amazed. If they don't want to serve little children, they should have said so when we entered. I would 't have mind, I totally understand that some people think children don't fit in their concept. But being rude is not okay. We will never go back because of this, which is sad, since I really liked the food.

Heel gezond en mooi restaurant. - Edit
Hoofdzakelijk vegan. Waarom nog kip en zalm als opties aanbieden? Lekker maar prijzig.

A plate full of taste - Edit
What an amazing experience! Finally some good vegan food at the coastside. Maybe a little bit pricey but not at all for the quality you get!
Read morePlenty of choices and the surprise plate was amazing, with the best tempura I've ever eaten. All the desserts, ice cream and cake are vegan. The homemade tea was delicious. Everything is nice presented and organic. There for the only small sad thing was the plastic water bottle from a lesser brand. But aside from that, 100% good! Definitely will return
Pros: A lot of vegan choices hot and cold, All the sweets are vegan, Everything is organic
Cons: Water in plastic bottle

Excellent vegan, macrobiotic, Organic restaurant - Edit
Excellent vegan lunch in a quiet and nice admosphere. Some dishes with fish or chicken but mostly vegan. You should try the vegan surprise of the day and a homemade cake with homemade tea. Everything is fresh prepared with a lot of passion. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Heel lekker eten - Edit

Serves many identified vegan options - not cheap but nothing really is in Oostende. A Vegan lifeline unless you want a cheaper option of the chip shop opposite
