Good food and helpful staff - Edit
I stopped here on my way back to Santa Clarita from Barstow. This place was very nice and the staff was super helpful in giving vegan recommendations. I had the veggie fried rice, which was so yummy. Definitely coming back here on my next trip. Only minor negative was that I wish they listed every ingredient in the fried rice. When I tasted it, I could tell it had refined sugar in it. Had I known, I would have asked to go easy on that.

Excellent stop to or from Vegas - Edit
Definitely one of the better places to stop for lunch coming to or leaving Las Vegas. The strawberry passion fruit tea was too sweet for my taste, but the vegan fried rice and crispy tofu were excellent. Service was quick and friendly and there are a variety of serve yourself sauces for your food (sweet and sour, hot sauce, hoisen, soy sauce, and chili powder).

Had the fried tofu and vegan potstickers. The tofu is a little spicy but the cashier said you could make them non spicy though if you want. I liked the potstickers but preferred the tofu.

Vegan options - Edit
Menu has a decent handful of vegan options. The veggie fried rice is vegan, the tofu and veggie stirfry with rice is vegan, they have not milk selections for the huge menu of tea. I forgot to ask if the potstickers dough was vegan, but the inside is all veggie. The potsticker dough is wheat based. There Are clean restrooms available.
