I searched the area specifically for a veggie n vegan place to take 3 friends, upon reading the reviews I settled on this place over other easier to find places. It states open until 18.30. We walked 20 mins away from the beautiful river and many other restaurants to find this place, however on arrival although being open, we were informed they weren’t serving food and only prepared food for pre orders now. !!! This was 16.00hrs and therefore well within the advertised times! In these times any place turning away 4 walk ins is surprising, and doesn’t show case veganism well at all. We ended up going back to the pretty town and spending our money elsewhere, I’d strongly suggest a long hard look at your business ethics!

Read moreYeah, our place is open until 18:30 but what we tried to explain to you is that for a full meal, we serve until 14:30 and usually with reservation in order to don't throw any food away. After 14:30 we make some snacks like pancakes and toasts. We told you we could do that but you wanted a full meal at 16:00 (in Portugal, it is not common having lunch at that time). We are sorry that our way to work directed to sustainability (fully related to veganism) don't fit your needs.
Anyway, thanks for the review even we don't think it's fair.
