I stayed at the hotel for a conference. Lunch was included and they offered a vegan option. The nonvegans got a chicken ceasar salad. The vegans received a bowl of iceberg lettuce, with a side of olive oil and a side of balsamic vinegar. The waitress referred to it as the saddest salad she'd ever seen.
Read moreNothing on the dinner menu was vegan or could be made vegan, except two sides (and I'm not certain that the shishito peppers were actually vegan).
Breakfast buffet had oatmeal and fresh fruit. $20 after tax for the buffet though was a bit steep for that.
Pros: Good drinks so you can get drunk, Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive , No vegan options, Zero effort to accommodate vegans
