Unique ambience and superb food - Edit
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would do so. Ground floor of a charming old railway station, with outdoor courtyard seating too, plus their own bakery producing the most incredible cakes and buns, bread etc.
Read moreFood was fantastic, mostly based on delicious salads with various substantial additions to make inventive and super tasty main courses. Reasonable prices too.
Sadly due to move to new location next year, but I'm sure the food will be equally tasty 😋

Good food and lovely atmosphere - Edit
Really nice food and delicious pastries. We had the salad, the broccoli soup and the Skagen. I also had the blueberry pie and even though it was a bit dry, it was super tasty! My husband had a newly fried donut (⭐4/5)

I had higher expectations - Edit
Been here a few times before but never been satisfied because of the high prices and long waiting time. The food doesn’t compensate for that. Everything is a bit “too healthy” in my taste. Wouldn’t mind more toilets to match the amount of costumers. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place at a nice location. Good seating and everything is VEGAN, which is a big plus.

Cute vegan cafe/restaurant - Edit
We drove by and had a nice vegan fika here, the opening hours here on Happy Cow were incorrect so we could only stay for a short while. I’ve tried to update them now. They had some great pastries: a great biskvi and we bought some nice bread from the bakery. Cute place!

Lovely café in wonderful setting - Edit
One of my faves in Sweden, especially for summer. You can enjoy good food in the garden while watching trains as they occationaly pass by. However, this café is appreciated by many so many days are busy days here. A big plus is the bakery, where you can buy yourself some buns or bread to take home after. Personally I love the toast Skagen, but to me the raw pasta is not a hit.

Great vegan food and lovely outdoor seating - Edit
We had heard about this place for years, but never made it there, when we found ourselves on the road researching suitable lunch spots. As it happened, the timing was perfect this time.
Read moreThere are many quaint details about this place that makes the experience so much better. The old railway station! The lovely outdoor seating. The assortment of odd coffee cups to choose from. The fact that instead of numbers, they give out plastic toy animals to waiting customers. We overheard the servers: "- Where are you headed? - Looking for T-Rex... - He's over there!" (We had the giraffe.)
The kids enjoyed the pancakes - glad they seemed to be just plain old pancakes and familiar to the little ones. Pancakes were handed out right away and the kids were finished long before we received our Toast Skagen and The Mexican bowl - busy day. Everything was very tasty! We also had some really yummy desserts and ended up very full. :)
We also bought a loaf of hazelnut and apricot bread in the bakery next door (on the premises), so we had a yummy breakfast to look forward to on the day after as well.
Pros: Lovely atmosphere, Tasty food, Toy animals instead of numbers made my day :)
Cons: Had to wait a bit longer than we expected

Healthy food in a cute setting - Edit
This restaurant is located in a former train station, beautifully decorated with old railway memorabilia, with a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The menu consists of healthy mains, with raw options, alongside house-made sweets, beer and wine and coffee with house-made nut milks. I had a grilled sandwich with kale, onion, carrot, radish and plant cheese, that came with a salad and peanut dressing, followed by a cinnamon bun. The food was fresh, tasty and very filling. My friend had a pad Thai dish with kelp noodles and was also very pleased with it. Note though that the restaurant is in the countryside and the local buses do not go on weekends, so if you do not have a car, you will end up walking an hour from the nearest train station - we decided it was definitely worth it though!
