A bit disappointing - Edit
Heard so much about how amazing this place is but it didn’t live up to the hype for me! Found the “chicken” seitan really disappointing - the texture was off and lacked depth of flavour. Nice to be able to get vegan junk food but, considering the price, I would expect it to be better.

Vanila shakes are delicious!

Had the baconator and my other half had the bbq chicken. Takeaway only at the moment but food was ready in 5 minutes. Walked down to the park to eat. My burger was sexy and the sauce was great. Only issue is that they were smaller than I'd expected - based on pictures and the price - and the bun was a bit over done and hard. My boyfriends burger was smaller still. I would still definitely go again when in Bristol but would have fries as well!

Best burgers ever! Tried the baconator which was their chicken substitute with bacon and sauces. It was very messy to eat but I think the best burgers are! Definitely worth a visit

This place is cute and has potential. However, there are areas in need of improvement. The portion sizes are MASSIVE. A chicken meal can feed two people. The parking situation isn’t good as well and it is a walk to find. The coleslaw is okay but needs some added spice. Hence the 4 out of five stars.

Ultimate vegan pit stop! - Edit
Was in Bristol for one night and definitely chose the right place! Went for lunch on a busy Saturday, service was quick & food was incredible. Portions were huge, shared garlic butter fries & had a burger each, was far more than what we could manage. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

It was quite pricy but that may not be abnormal for Bristol 🤷♂️
I was disappointed about the use of a single use cup and plastic straw for the shake despite the fact that it wasn’t takeaway - seems quite unnecessary.

Amazing Dirty Fries - Edit
Huge fan of vegan dirty fries, and Oowee are my fave in the area. Shrimp fries are FANTASTIC. Cluckin' Fries also great. Have had several burgers before and was never blown away (maybe my hopes were set too high!!), but LOVE the fries and the venue. Service sometimes slow but great to see it still so popular!!

The garlic fries are incredible, the sriracha shrimp are amazing (although I prefer to swap for buffalo sauce) and everything is always well made, fresh and timely. Does exactly what you want a vegan burger place to do. My only negative point is that they took away the coleslaw as a side!

We always order from Oowee when we want a treat and we are never disappointed. We usually get either the cluckin fries or the side chick burger which are our favourites. The only downside is it’s a little expensive for what it is (we recreated the dirty fries for a quarter of the price and there wasn’t a huge difference!) but it’s so worth it

Great burgers - one of the beet vegan burgers I’ve ever had. Really friendly staff and reasonable prices. It’s a shame there isn’t more seating. It’s really busy which is understandable as it’s such a great place but having somewhere to sit and eat would have made it a 5star for me.
