When there's food this good, I can't understand why anyone would choose ingredients that exploit or murder animals. On the expensive side for takeaway food but I'd rather pay £8 for one of these amazing burgers than £1 for a McPlant. Come to Bristol and come here.

The entire menu is full of delicious things and it's vast! Burgers were massive! Milk shakes are unbelievable. The vegan shrimp was mind-blowing!Literally felt full for the rest of the day. Be warned! The large fries are larger than you are ready for. They will end you if you try and take them on solo!

I love Oowee Vegan, it is the best vegan fast food I think I’ve ever tried. I love their ‘chicken’ burger and their loaded fries are insanely good! It is so delicious and I love that it is all vegan and there are so many options!

Living in South Wales, I take any opportunity I have to visit Bristol for Oowee. The food hits the spot in a gourmet fast food sort of way. I have taken many carnivores here and they have all been surprised by how meat like their burgers are. Death row meal would definitely be an Oowee! Can't wait for you to open in Cardiff.

The food is alright, but the sauces are bland, the chicken looks nothing like the pics on their site and I can't help but compare them to my local vegan chicken place and oowee just doesn't stack up compared.

I’ve had plenty of vegan junk food over the years and I have to say this tops the lot. This place was so busy, queues out of the door and there was a worry we’d not get served so we popped to the Brew Dog over the road and ordered online to pick up whilst having a beer. The chicken burger was absolutely rocking. Best VG junk chicken I’ve had, period. We also had waffle garlic fries and chicken strips with home made gravy. Absolutely rocking.

Have used the Baldwin St Oowee Vegan quite a lot and it’s always been spot on. Incredibly tasty and well put together. I had one Deliveroo order arrive late and had gone quite cold, but it was actually still just as good anyway!

Hate to leave a not great review for a fully vegan place but honestly Oowee vegan isn’t the best. The prices are ridiculously high for average quality food. The chips are always cold and chewy/soggy and I feel like there is no real flavour in anything beyond the BBQ burgers. Their seitan usually disappoints. It isn’t bad but it always feel like more of a last resort when I’m in the mood for this kind of food rather than something I would prefer to choose. I wish they’d think more about flavour instead of making something greasy and as realistic as possible for the sake of it and making the prices reflect that.

My favourite hang over cure AND dog friendly!! Gave my pup some water and let us wait inside. Food is always good, normally have a burger (the chickn and beyond meat patty) but the fries are also banging, particularly the dirty shrimp fries (not sure they're still on menu though). Relatively new popcorn chicken is also out of this world, flavour is spot on.

Exactly what it says on the tin, pure junk food, but lovely, not too greasy or anything. The 'chicken' burger was amazing, loved the texture of it. The place itself is a little small but there is usually space and they do takeout too. Only thing is the chocolate milkshake doesn't really taste like chocolate.

I’m currently working away from home in Bristol and was looking for some good vegan food for dinner, and I came across Oowee. I’m so glad I did because their food is absolutely delicious!
Read moreEverything on their menu looked amazing but I decided to try ‘The Other Side Chick’ burger and their Mac n cheese. Both were amazing! The seitan they use for the burger patty was perfectly seasoned, crispy and had an amazing texture. All the food was so flavourful and I would say it’s very good value for money!
As well as the amazing food the customer service was also great and the restaurant is easy to find with a bright green sign!
I will definitely be back over the next month whilst in Bristol!
