Oatmilk Matcha Soft-Serve Heaven

The soft-serve ice cream is ALL made with oat milk. I could leave it at that because that's worth the trip in itself but all the lattes are made with oat milk and they are truly scrumptious. The matcha is unparalleled. I love that their default milk option is nondairy. Win. Win. Win. Ooika 4ever.

Pros: AMAZING MATCHA, VEGAN SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM, SCRUMPTIOUS RAW VEGAN TREATS

Oat Based Treats, Heritage Matcha

This is my favourite place for a treat. Whether it is a matcha latte, americano, or even soft serve! All matcha is fresh, daily ground in the shop. They also have amazing black sesame drinks if you don’t do caffeine. All oat based, including cloud, which is a better version of a whipped cream. They rotate a seasonal fruit or vegetable to accent the drinks, but always have a vanilla flavour for the cloud. You can also bring your own cup. The staff is super friendly to make the whole experience great.

Pros: Great staff, Amazing drinks

Matcha soft serve!

I am so excited that they have vegan matcha soft serve. It is very strong and not very sweet. It's good with the strawberry puree. I've also gotten it with mango puree but liked that less. The second flavor rotates.

It's great that this place only uses non-dairy milk, but I'm not a fan of oat milk (it gives me slight nausea), so I wish they had another option other than oat milk. I like how soy milk pairs with matcha, but it's not a popular option anymore.

Pros: Matcha soft cream, The smell of matcha being ground in store

Cons: Only has oatmilk

Delicious :D

Honestly, this place is extremely underrated. It’s better than Starbucks or literally any other place that serves drinks that I could think of. I hope it becomes more popular because every type of drink/ice cream that I’ve gotten here were amazing😄

Couldn't agree more with everything you said. I think of this as a high end "Starbucks".

Amazing find, but price reflects the quality

The store has a very minimalistic, clean appearance. It’s a little small, but it seats 15, some stools by the window/counter and some tables.

The wagashi is beautiful, vegan, and expensive ($8/each). They have a red bean filling and a white bean filling.

They have hot/cold matcha drinks, hojicha drinks, and black sesame drinks. All vegan (oatly barista). They have strawberry and mango purées to add, and some foam (optional).

They also have vegan matcha and hojicha soft serve!!! It’s mildly sweet, not super sweet. The tea flavor is strong. It’s not the creamiest, but to have vegan soft serve in these specialty flavors is a dream. It’s delicious, assuming you don’t have a massive sweet tooth.

The server was also very helpful and knowledgeable about vegan items. Some small baked goods are not vegan, but they’re definitely the minority.

Best Matcha Latte Around

Best matcha drinks in the area with only plant based milks offered. Some non vegan snacks for sale.
