Build your own bowl also means non-vegan options are easily omitted😉staff know which options are suitable for vegans and will answer questions! (they’ve also good good ice for their fountain drinks)

The tofu looks like it would be bland and raw but they definitely did something to it. It's very good and goes great with the other poke bowl ingredients! Staff is also pretty knowledgeable with vegan options.
