Watery broth - Edit
Did have a vegan option, but broth was pretty meh. If you like bland ramen than this will do, but neither me nor my Omni friend were satisfied.

Good creamy ramen! - Edit
Easy to customize the veggie ramen to vegan by changing the noodles, you can add in more veggies and protein. The place is close to DART station so it’s easy to commute as well!

Yummy - Edit
The ramen was very good. I really like that you can add and take off anything that it comes with to make it your own.

Omni options are helpful! - Edit
Stopped here because I heard the vegan ramen was good, and what do you know - the rumors were true! It was nice to have an omni location to visit with friends where I could get some good vegan ramen and they could get, well, whatever they wanted!

Tasty ramen, user friendly - Edit
I will definitely return when it’s not 100 degrees out! haha Walk in and there are tablets to customize and place your order. Start with the vegetarian base which uses cabbage-soy milk broth and comes with woodear mushroom, bean sprouts, greens, corn, and green onions. Then choose your spice level. Add tofu and other veggies like bamboo shoots and toasted seaweed. Edamame app is vegan. Super yummy. Most places have egg noodles in their ramen so it has been difficult to find a good spot! Definitely recommend.

Good Ramen, casual - Edit
at the kiosk you just type in vegetarian, select the ramen and then customize, make your add-ons (I did Tofu), remove the Egg and choose vegan/GF noodles, at the end of customizing you can specify to make it vegan

4 stars, would come back - Edit
Fully customizable ramen that you order yourself on an iPad. It was easy to change ingredients and everything was clearly labeled! The only things that weren't great for me were the noodles themselves (the vegan and gluten free noodles are the same), and the broth was just a bit saltier than I'd have liked. Overall it was tasty, affordable, and I'd happily go back!

Vegan Ramen - Edit
Happy with my ramen. Choose the vegetarian option and then veganize it by choosing vegan noodles NOT the egg noodles. Make sure to omit egg. I did not add spice. My husband did and turns out it was too spicy.
