Fine dining with great atmosphere - Edit
Offers several high quality vegan dishes, the asparagus risotto was very good but needed to order the sautéed onions & mushrooms (make sure to specify vegan as they are sautéed in butter) to feel full. They were out of fresh strawberries so gave fresh blueberries and strawberry puree for the crème patisserie dessert which was tasty but small.

Amazing plant based food - Edit
A very good selection of main dishes to choose from. What we ate was amazing, the risotto, the pie (best pastry I have EVER eaten), and the mushroom polenta.
Read moreCould not fault anything other than there being only one named vegan wine (white).
Would recommend if you want a nice dinner.

Relaxing dinner - Edit
The restaurant decor is very elegant. They have an indoor and outdoor area with wide views of the bay, hence the name. I like the fact that they have a separate vegan menu and vegan wines, even by the glass. I had the mushroom risotto which was delicious and the vegan chocolate dessert. This was very good but also very sweet.

I would have given 5 stars if possible - Edit
I really enjoyed the dinner experience at One80. The restaurant looks nice. There are blankets, when you get cold at the terrace in the evening. The staff is extremly friendly and forthcoming. They offer you some bread with hummus and olive oil as an appetiser. The food is a real taste experience. I had never tasted anything similar before. I would totally recommend this place.

Excellent meal and service - Edit
A separate vegan menu with several delicious sounding starters and entrée’s. The service was exceptional, and the food was excellent. I had the tomato suppli with mixed veg, and a vegan panacotta for dessert.

Bad price/ performance ratio - Edit
Very limited vegan options, I had some charcoal toasted bruschetta like bread as a starter and a tarte as a main which was basically the only vegan option apart from salad. Looked nice, taste was a bit lame.

Nice place - Edit
I ate here a couple of times, but I can't say I'm impressed with the vegan menu. The place is lovely, the staff are great but I thought the vegan main dishes were sadly lacking. To be honest, the starters weren't too bad, and the pecan chocolate cake was delicious, but the main dishes I had weren't that good, and well overpriced. €18.50 for a spoonful of lentil and vegetable stew at the bottom of the plate, with 3/4 burnt pitta bread? Admittedly it was tasty enough, but really, that price?

Really enjoyable food. - Edit
Came here twice on my trip. I am vegan and my mother is gluten free, so it can be difficult to get good food for both of us. There are seperate vegan and gluten free menus, with lots of options for either diet, and even some that are both vegan and gluten free. Not cheap, but great food for the money.

Nice terrace view! They have separate vegan menu. You need to ask for it. I have tried falafels and sweet potato french fries, they were really good. Although more salad would be better. Overall, I recommend to eat there if you are nearby.

Amazing pie - Edit
Their vegan menu (ask for it) is generous - the spinach, pumpkin and fennel pie is the tastiest pie I have eaten (including when I used to eat meat..) the pie is moist and delicious, the pastry soft and flavourful. When I go back to Malta - will definitely have it again!
