Food truck which operates from Ithaca Farmers market, Dewitt park market, Trumansburg market, and Cornell farmers market. Check Facebook for specific days. Vegan offerings are clearly labeled on the menu and include a falafel pita and hummus pita. Note that the whole wheat pita is vegan but the white pita contains milk (it says this on the menu). Open Tue 9:00am-2:00pm, Wed 4:00pm-7:00pm, Thu 11:00am-2:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-3:00pm.

Delicious Falafel Pitas - Edit
Loved the falafel pita. They knew exactly how to make it vegan. Their white pita is now vegan, too!

The food ways great from the truck — I loved the falafel pita I had. The chefs were very friendly, and once they realized I was vegan, knew exactly what to put in/not put in the pita. They also warned me about the whole wheat pita vs the white pita (the white pita has milk).
