Delicious!

I went here with my young daughter and we both loved it. The meal was beautifully fresh and it was so nice to have authentic Japanese food that was vegetarian. While the waiter’s English was not strong, it was easy enough to get an English menu and make it known that we were vegetarian. The tempura served with our udon was flaky and delicious.

Pros: Flaky, tasty vegetable tempura, English menu, Good atmosphere

Cons: Unexpectedly closed when we tried to go back

Delicious authentic Japanese food!

Was lovely try some proper Japanese style food that was vegetarian! We had the udon noodles with the vegan broth and vegetables and it was delicious and very filling! There was a short wait but it was worth it!

Delicious Traditional Udon

Small restaurant but extremely welcoming. I ordered the Vegan Udon set with Tempura vegetables which was delicious. A great place to go if you’re after an authentic udon meal. It is the sister restaurant to Omen nearby the Philosophers Path.

Pros: A large vegan set option which can be customised, Delicious udon and tempura, Photos allowed and English speaking staff

Cons: Slightly pricy, Limited vegan options
