Dessert cafe founded in the summer of 2010 route 66 corridor. Boutique shop with a made-from-scratch vegan menu that features cupcakes, cookies, ice creams and coffees. All desserts are lower in fat and sugar than standard recipes and most ice creams are gluten-free and Kosher certified. Typically carries at least three flavors of vegan soft serve ice cream and vegan topping options.
