Great place to have a quick lunch. it offers several great tasting vegan bagels. all vegan options are indicated clearly on the menu as well.

Wij zijn inderdaad een echt ontbijt/lunch restaurant en serveren geen diner aangezien we om 16:00 uur sluiten. Zo kan al mijn personeel optijd naar bed om de volgende ochtend weer heerlijke gerechten op tafel te toveren! ;-)

I really love their vegan salads and Dabbin Buddha bagel. They're one of the few who use tempeh instead of falafal or plain hummus. So couldn't be any better. Would love to see some extra options in the future!

Read moreDank voor de review! Echter aan de foto’s te zien ben je niet bij Sap op de Markt geweest maar bij Sap in de stationstraat. Wij staan volledig los van elkaar en hebben ook andere kaarten. Bij ons is de meerderheid van de kaart namelijk Vegan en hebben we dus heel veel opties! ;-)

Veel vegan opties! - Edit
Vandaag hier geluncht en mijn bagel en smoothie werden heel snel geserveerd en het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. Een heel groot deel van de menu-opties zijn al vegan en zo niet dan kun je om de vegan variant vragen. Ze hebben zelfs vegan milkshakes! Aanrader deze plek!

Love the simply Avocado! I always ask to add the vegan garlic and vegan paprika sauce! Makes it even better. Do not order the frozen vegan cheesecake! Tastes like lipstick. I had one bite and didn’t finish it. Also there’s never enough staff so it takes a while to get your food.

Read moreUnfortunately this review and bagel on the picture is not made at our place (Sap Markt). This is made at the Sap at the Stationstreet. They have a different owner, different menu/bagels and ofcourse different staff. Not a francise, just the same name :)
My place at the Market square is never understaffed (always minimum of 3 persons) and we only have 12 tables, so more than enough ;-)

This is SAP's second location in Maastricht and they have a menu full of clearly marked vegan options, ranging from sweets to savory stuff. Their pancakes are nice but the winners are their bagels, they're delicious.

I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch. Many vegan options: (Vegan) avocado BLT is my favorite. Good portion and very tasty. I will definitely come back to try the vegan pancakes.

There are some great vegan bagel and salad options at SAP. The juices are a bit on the sweeter side for my taste (not so many veg juice options) but still great and freshly made for you. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

When I went to Maastricht, I had vegan lunch at the SAP and it was more than delicious. I ordered the vegan Avocado BLT, the vegan cheese cake as well as some fresh juice and a Soy Milk Latte. I can highly recommend their bagels as well as the vegan cake! It was heavenly! The juices where super tasty as well. Half of their menu is vegan and you can decide between bagels (7 vegan options!), salads (3 vegan options) and a lot of tasty drinks, so you should find something that you like!
