Super delicious pork banh mi 👌
Read moreCrispy roll, perfectly prepared so each bite of the roll you get every component
Vietnamese iced coffee with coconut condensed milk was strong and slightly sweet - just the way it should be.
This will be the basis in which I now compare all other vegan banh mi

EXCELLENT food! Very filling. Owner working there was super friendly and told us all about the food, drinks and his home in Saigon. Food came out quick. It was massive and very delicious. Fresh juice was really good too. A hidden gem in the area!

Consistently excellent! Delicious, fresh and healthy vegan fare. Even though it's quite a drive, we are never disappointed.
Read moreNinth visit (March 2020)
Shared and enjoyed the pho, bahn mi with lemongrass tofu and a green curry, along with watermelon juice and a very good mug of dirty chai.
Eighth visit (March 2020)
Rice paper rolls with lemongrass tofu (great as always with super tasty peanut hoisin sauce)
Bahn mi with avo & pickled mushrooms (nice but tofu lemongrass is my preference)
Almighty salad bowl (fresh and healthy with a great tangy dressing)
Viet iced coffee (very good)
Watermelon juice with mint & lemon (refreshing)
Seventh Visit
Fresh and flavoursome rice paper rolls, fragrant pickled mushrooms (dill is the prominent herb) and tasty umami noodle bowl. The iced mocha is strong and decadent. Very happy Olivia Spring is all vegan now!
Sixth Visit:
The Burma Salad was fresh and tasty, the Tom Yum soup was enjoyable but unlike the traditional version; not a bad thing because sometimes they can be too intense. The rice paper rolls were very good again with a very enjoyable peanut sauce.
Fifth visit:
Very good rice paper rolls (freshly made), bahn mi, and green curry.
Fourth Visit:
Decent scrambled tofu and pho (more flavoursome than others I've had in the past). The mint cacao latte is definitely worth trying. Upsize to a mug for $5.50.
Third visit:
The Umami bowl was refreshing and satisfying on every level. The garden wrap was good but a little avo heavy, however much better than the vast majority out there and at $10, very good value.
Second visit :
I really can't fault the food here. Fresh, flavoursome, and very good value. Straight to my favourites list!
First visit:
Very enjoyable, fresh and healthy food with plenty of other choices on the menu for next time.
Pros: Excellent food, Good value, Very welcoming owners & staff

The food and coffee here are absolutely amazing. The owners are very kind and the prices are very reasonable. The coffee is less expensive than most places in Melbourne and it doesn't forgo quality!

Impressive - Edit
A small little place just around.the corner from the start of Puckle St. The food is very nice and the service is very friendly and efficient. The most impressive thing however, is their coffees, with a good selection of milk types and they're great with using almond and soy milk. They even managed latte art with Almond which is a very impressive performance.

We travel over an hour for the food! - Edit
We’ve been here a few times after hearing about them on the vegan interwebs, and decided to book my birthday lunch here with friends; a majority who were not vegan. And Olivia Spring definitely disappoint! Just damn good, soulful Vietnamese food that is vegan.
Read moreThe business is run by a humble husband and wife team who are just the nicest people, and their food and coffee is just top notch, so much so that we travel over an hour to get there to indulge in their veganised Vietnamese creations, Vietnamese Iced Coffees, and heartwarming hospitality.
If you visit you must try the Pho, Grilled Pork Banh Mi, Spring Rolls, Chicken & Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls, Com Tam (Grilled Pork Chops w/ Broken Rice), or Vietnamese Iced Coffee - these are all GREAT Vietnamese classics which we’ve had and all loved from Olivia Spring!
Also the Vegan Carrot Cake (made by Tuan’s wife) is absolutely the best! I requested for the whole cake as my birthday cake. It’s not overly sweet, and you can tell a lot of attention to detail and love has been put into making it - which I really appreciate being an avid Cook myself!
Thanks so much again guys, we’ll definitely be back for more of your goodies in the future! 😁

Don't you just love a fully vegan cafe where the staff are obviously enjoying what they do? These guys are so worth a visit. The menu is creative and comforting. The Pho is to live for. If you need to use the restroom you'll get to go through the kitchen... (and see how the magic gets made). Thank the chef on your way through and you'll see the most gorgeous proud smile. Well priced, feel good, soul food.
