Came here September 2025.
Initial impressions were good. Sign on the outside menu showing vegan friendly. Menu did have quite a few decent options marked up with a vegan symbol. So far so good…
Then waiter came over and I asked for the Vegan Fajitas. He looked confused and asked me what I meant. I stated the vegetable fajitas that are marked up vegan on the menu. He replied “oh. They must be then”.
This didn’t really fill me with confidence.
They came out looking lovely… apart from the sour cream. Now I may be totally wrong here, any maybe it was vegan sour cream! However, previous reviewer seemed to have enquired about this and it wasn’t… and I had lost trust really. I just took it off my plate and didn’t eat it. It didn’t come with cheese…. So no issue there.
That all being said… the fajitas were delicious. And I ate the lot. However… would I get anything other than this deconstructed meal…. Absolutely not.
I ordered the 'vegan' lasagna as marked in their menu. When ordering I asked the waitress if it was definitely vegan and she said twice that it was. Great I thought! When it arrived I could tell immediately that it was not vegan cheese. I asked a waiter who took it away and asked the kitchen. He came back twice and told me it was vegan and returned the dish to me. I then tried the cheese and it was obviously not vegan. I asked another waiter who told me that they don't do a vegan lasagna. I said it was clearly marked in their menu. He said it was a mistake on the menu. He brought the menu to me and asked me what I would like instead. I chose the 'vegan fajitas'. I waited 30 minutes for these to arrive. The rest of my parties plates were cleared from the table already. It arrived with non vegan sour cream! The fajitas were not great. No real flavour I left more than half. When we paid the waiter came over and told me that they actually do have a vegan lasagna but because the kitchen was busy they had just used normal cheese! That dish had been back to them, where they could see it and the waiter had asked if it was vegan and they lied because they were busy! We told them how dangerous that was because I could have had an allergy. It seemed to go in one ear and out the other. No apology. They have no understanding of vegan, I am British and they were too so no language barrier. We will not be back.
