Menu is very common and basic, for a restaurant. Burger, falafel, couple of soups , salads and deserts.

Also it is pretty noisy inside and no outdoor sitting.

The food is really good and the waiters are very nice. They have a ever changing menu, but the type of food stays quite the same. But even a meal isn’t completely vegan, the staff was always trying to make it vegan for us.

It was a very nice restaurant. Cozy, very friendly and helpful (and english speaking) staff, and very very good food! One of the best vega(n) places I’ve been to. Every dish is vegetarian and most dishes are possible to order vegan. I highly recommend this place (but maybe make a reservation in advance since the place was almost full).

We went for dinner because it was our 4th Wedding Anniversary and our first time at Olive. I did the reservation through Facebook Messenger and they read my message but didn't answer, so I was not sure if they did it or not, but we risked and we were lucky, because they actually did our reservation😄we chose the burger with almond feta cheese and the falafel with salad, cauliflower and a very different (and tasty!) grape-ginger sauce. Everything was AMAZING!!! We loved that so much, we couldn't have had a better experience, a better dinner than that to celebrate, after a hard working day. The dessert was also amazing and different: an almond cheese cake with apricot jam. The beer (Lammbräu) is my fav one because it is tasty, vegan and organic. I only could recommend it at all! But, first, do the reservation, the place was full in a hot Wednesday evening😉

When your a vegan visiting Innsbruck, then the Olive is your happy place. They don't have the biggest menu, but everything is very fresh, the ingredients are perfectly combined and everything tastes really intensive. Try their desserts!

Great food, good location, friendly staff! - Edit
This was a great find! Went for lunch towards the end of lunch hour (2pm) and it was still busy. Luckily they let me in with friends. Ordered the Falafel and salad. It was very tasty! Also ordered the vegan desert which was delicious. Nice place with friendly staff who speak some English.

Their lunch menu, which changes every day (Mon-Fri), is filled with delectable, high-quality ingredients. For 9.50 € we got a minestrone soup and the vegan main course, which consisted of baked pumpkin, cauliflower-potato mash, and a mixed salad with all sorts of herbs. Though it may sound simple, the seasonings were spot on and took the flavours to a whole new level! The restaurant was rather crowded, so it might be a good idea to book a table in advance.

Went in around 9 pm and they were still happy to serve me food. I don't speak German but I saw 'falafel' on the menu which is always a good idea ;-) it came with with a quinoa tabouleh with mandarin and pomegranate, a Moroccan type salad, tahini creme, and red wine grape chutney. Fresh and delicious! Also, the menu was reasonably priced.

Went there with a group of friends and we tried multiple dishes. From the appetisers - celery cream soup with raspberries & the crunchy flat bread with Kamut dough to the main dishes - both the vegan and vegetarian versions of the pumpkin burger, the falafel with pomegranate quinoa salad and the piadina with grilled veggies - all were absolutely fantastic! The place is definitely worth checking out and will be coming back for sure.

Olive is a fully vegetarian restaurant with many vegan dishes, as well as options to make their other dishes vegan. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved everything that we tried. Their vegan substitutions are great because in many of the cases they actually add something to your dish! (ex. feta -> almond feta, goat cheese -> lemon tofu) The waitresses were extremely helpful, and even helped us with some of the more uncommon German words on the menu. The restaurant is also removed from the busier and more touristy part of Innsbruck--which offers a nice change of pace. In addition to salads and entrees, they also had one vegan dessert!

We got the last table for 2 in this restaurant. Seems like it's packed most of the time. They only offer about 10 dishes in total, but they always have a vegan option for starters, main dish and dessert.
Read moreNice and friendly staff and the food was just delicious. Cool interior and atmosphere. This is a place for fine vegetarian or vegan dining, but the price is not expensive. 10 to 15 Euro for a main dish.
I wish there were more places like this around Austria. Go there if you are in Innsbruck or the area!

I just ate a cocos mousse there that caught my eye when I was passing by. It was beautiful arranged. When I finally decided to destroy this piece of art it turned out to taste just great.

The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere with lots of natural light. We ate there for lunch. There was a daily set menu with 1 salad or soup and one entree for 9.50 Euro. The one entree was vegetarian and one vegan. We had the buckwheat and pear soup as a starter and the spinach potato ball entree (served with a fresh salad on the plate). The soup was very creative and tasty. The entree was okay but reminiscent of falafel balls because of the strong cumin seasoning. I liked the entree more than my partner. The food presentation and staff service were excellent. I guess the place seats around 45 people.

The chef at Olive is a true artist. How does he/she do it? How is it possible that one can simultaneously taste every individual component in a dish and also marvel at the way it all blends together into one delightful melange. I can't say enough good things about the vegetarian dishes on offer at Olive. Most of the main course menu items were also available in a vegan version. The space was very attractive and welcoming, with an arched ceiling in one room and an archway leading into another. Our waitress for dinner was super-helpful and patient with us in translating the German-language menu items into English. We liked it so much that we returned the next day for lunch!
