Großartiges Essen & gemütliches Lokal - Edit
War hier ganz zufällig und kann das Lokal wirklich nur empfehlen. Das Essen ist super gut, das Ambiente richtig gemütlich, es gibt feine Getränke (Spritzer mit alkoholfreiem Bio Schaumwein 🧡) und das Personal ist auch noch nett ! Alles in allem einfach sehr sehr toll dort😄

Read moreThe service was very friendly and attentive. As soon as our drinks were empty, we were asked directly if we needed anything else. We had the walnut burger and spelt dumplings with chanterelles.
The food was very good, although a little less salty. But that is known to be a matter of taste. ;)
Unfortunately, there were no salt shakers on the table. However, in my opinion, all this is no reason to deduct one star.
The dessert was excellent too!

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sobald unsere Getränke leer waren, wurden wir direkt gefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir hatten den Walnuss-Burger und Dinkel-Knödel mit Pfifferlingen.
Das essen war sehr gut, wenn auch etwas wenig salzig. Aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmacksache. ;)
Leider gab es keine Salzstreuer auf dem Tisch. Das ist aber meiner Meinung alles kein Grund einen Stern abzuziehen.
Die Nachspeise war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet!

... now they've gone fully vegan! ❤️🌱 Whilst Green Flamingo is still my favourite eatery for a casual meal in Innsbruck, Olive is the place to go in an evening: slightly more elegant but far from overly fancy. Food is delicious! I was glad to see they stuck to just a few meals on the menu to choose from - I'd rather they offer just a few options but do them well. Which they do, everything is beyond delicious. Very friendly staff as well!

Read moreMy husband burger was healthy and tasty! Unfortunately, I had the "mixed bowl", which was quite... boring. It consisted in a salad that you'd almost get in any omni- restaurant, nothing fancy, just slices veggie (and fruit), a topping and 2overcooked falafel :(
Since I was in a plantbased restaurant, I was hoping for something a little more interesting, a bit more elaborated playing with textures etc.. a salad can be much more fun! They'll get there, I guess! 🤞🏻

Best Vegan Food in Innsbruck! - Edit
The food at Olive was the best vegan food we had on our trip to Innsbruck. Everything we had, the burger with almond-feta, the salad with winter vegetables as well as the cashew and spinach cannelloni were absolutely delicious. Even the side salad that came with the burger and the piece of homemade bread for the salad was amazing.

The food is good; my winter vegetable salad had delicious roasted veggies but way too much dressing. The falafel salad was also tasty but I didn’t like the creamy olive spread on the side but I don’t like olives. I really enjoyed the sprouted seed crackers served with both dishes. The portion size was perfect.. large enough to be filling but not excessive. Staff is friendly and good English and the ambience is simple and relaxing.

Read moreOriginally I'm from tyrol and for me it's one of the best restaurants there.
They have a lunch menu, which is not that expensive. Also they always have very special and inventive ideas for kombinations or using saisonal food.
It's sadly too expensive for a student to go there more often, but it what isn't. Most of the time you also need a reservation.
