Asked about beef stock and it is used, so did not eat here.

Solid backup option - Edit
I had the fried noodles without meat/ seafood and specifically asked for no eggs/milk/cheese. It was ok but nothing special, portion sizes were a bit small. Check if they fry the noodles in butter or oil.
